According to my birth chart, I have Saturn and Mars both placed in the 10th house. Are they the reason why I have been having continuous career struggles, delays in promotions, conflicts with seniors, job instability, and obstacles in achieving professional success. Some astrologers suggest that although this conjunction makes life difficult in the beginning, it can eventually give remarkable success, authority, and leadership after years of hard work and discipline.
Telling you personally, my career has been challenging. I am an MBA working in the FMCG industry. I have worked sincerely for many years, but promotions have been delayed, salary growth has been slower than expected, and I often feel that my efforts are not properly recognized. I have also experienced disagreements with managers, frequent changes in responsibilities, and periods of frustration where career progress seems to come to a standstill.

This has perhaps made you a person with some detachment or limited attachment.
Back to your primary query, Lagna Lord Mars/Kuja is powerfully placed in his Uccha-Sthana or sign of exaltation and in conjunction with a powerfully placed Saturn/Shani-dev, the 10th lord of Karma-Sthana (who also happens to be a Badha-Karaka for the birth-chart), in his Swasthana or own house in the Zodiac sign of Capricorn or Makara Rashi.
