Hi, I’m inclined to think the close conjunction of Saturn/Shani-dev and Ketu in the 2nd house of Speech has contributed to the stated problem. In fact, there are so close that they engage in a Planetary war or Graha Yudha… more so in the Lunar Constellation of Purvashada Nakshatra, ruled by (7th &) 12th lord of Hospitalization and Medical Expenses Venus/Shukra. Given the situation, it would make sense for you to actively seek professional/medical help, along with guidance from experienced and knowledgeable folk for suitable Vedic/Dharmic remedies.   - My son is 4 years old, he doesn’t speak he just shows in action. we are consulting speech therapist for helping him to speak but not much improvement. Please help am worried.
