Gemstones are worn based on your natal chart. If Shani is a benefic planet, then yes, its gemstone, which is Neelam or blue Sapphire, or a substitute gemstone like Neeli, can be worn. However, if Shani is malefic, then it is recommended not to wear the gemstone rather go for Vedic remedies.
