Hi,
I was jobless from Jan 2018 to Nov 2020, started a job in Dec 2020 as a consultant (on 3rd party payroll) and was converted into a full time employee in Aug 2022. This is sort of clerical work I am stuck in (am PG in Finance). I am trying to change my job since October 2023 but no luck. When will I be able to change my job?

There will be good chances for a change in the job after Jan 2025. Your earning capacity would also increase.

Given birth-details place Ascendent or Udaya Lagna in the Zodiac sign of Virgo or Kanya Rashi. Lagna & 10th lord Mercury/Budha is placed in his Neecha-Sthana or sign of debilitation in the Zodiac sign of Pisces or Meena Rashi (making you not so bright). To make things interesting, he is conjunct 12th lord Sun/Ravi.
You are in the midst of Jupiter/Guru-dev’s Maha-Dasha since 2015 and I’m inclined to think he has influenced you to pursue PG in Finance. But then, the benefic lording over 2 Kendra houses is placed in the 8th house of Randra-Sthana or the house of Challenges.

Please consider offering special prayers on a regular basis to Shriman Narayana, with unwavering faith, bhakti/devotion and a strong Sankalpa. Chanting/hearing/reading Shriman Vishnu Sahasranama (at least twice) and simple mantras to appease Saturn/Shani-dev, on a daily basis should help your cause…
It would make sense for you to propitiate Sun/Ravi from later part of 2025, while continuing to strengthen Mercury/Budha.
