If the boyis already speaking one or two words,he can
speak well after he attains four and half years age.
I am telling this after seeing so many children in my
neighbourhoud.
1.place him in sunlight dailyfor 10 mins.
2.Massage his body with warm water morning and evening
for 10mins.

She is not dumb as per astrological evaluation. She will pick up in due course of time. Perhaps you can consult a speech therapist.

She has some problems with Kethu aspecting Moon. She will speak like any other child by 2026 when her Kethu Mahdasa will complete its term. You can try feeding honey to her early in the morning daily which could help.
