There is nothing wrong in aspiring. My suggestion was that you assess your capabilities, have reasonable expectations and set yourself achievable target/goal. Purely based on my observations and understanding of your birth-chart, I would be a bit skeptical. But nothing is stopping you from proving me wrong, by working hard/smart. Having said, that it does make much sense for you to toil excessively long to do so.

In any case, it would perhaps make more sense for you to check your mental abilities, memory/focus, intelligence and worldly wisdom, apart from beneficial times, planetary support etc.

The current antardasa of Saturn is a bit upsetting since he is in the 8th house in dasamsa and in the Rasi chart, he forms a Shrapit yoga with Rahu. (Both Rahu and Saturn are activated by the dasa lord Venus).

In your chart, the cuspal lord of the 10th house of profession is Sun. The Sun is in the 12th in Rasi chart but moves to the 11th in Bhava chart. The 10th house is aspected by Jupiter and Moon. Planet posited is Venus. Both Venus and Sun can give you a position in the government.

In the antara of Mercury starting October next year, you can expect positive changes to start. You may land a govt. job later around the 2030.
