Hi,
There indeed seems to be some stress and unwanted tension with regards to children and jobs. So, it is probably the stress that is inducing them into arguments/fights. It is perhaps their way to vent out their frustrations, by taking each other for granted – something most of us do with folk that are close to us… like parents, siblings and spouse. It would help if a qualified/experienced counsellor were to help them connect the dots and make them aware of what is going on with them.
On my part, I don’t necessarily see a separation – let alone a divorce here.
