My son 22 months old is not babbling/speaking at all. He just utters “hmmm”. That’s it. Speech therapists have assessed his expression power to be equivalent to 4-5 months kid and his knowledge to understand our command equivalent to 15-16 months old kid. Over all there’s a delayed speech is what that have been diagnosed.
Please advise if there’s an issue in his horoscope and possible remedies and by when will he be normal

Method is same for for boy or girl.
If she is already speaking few words,she can
speak well after she attains four and half years age.
Or some children speak after 5years of age.Dont worry.
I am telling this after seeing so many children in my
neighbourhood.
1.Place her in sunlight daily for 10 mins.
2.Massage her body with water morning and evening
for 10mins.
3.Make the child to follow veganism method.
Veganism means avoiding milk,curd,buttermilk,coffee,
tea,icecreams,chocolates,nonveg,fish and eggs.
